In October's "Bench"marking session, we'll be discussing the topic of applying lean beyond manufacturing areas. This is a great opportunity to talk with others about where and how they are engaging people throughout the organization and making traction on documenting and improving administrative processes. This is an open forum discussion, all are welcome to come ask questions, share ideas, and share best practices.
