Vision: The Emerald Valley High Performance Enterprise Consortium represents a cross-section of Lane County businesses interested in sharing and disseminating information on best practices in lean and high-performance processes.
Mission: EV-HPEC supports organizations to instill learning in the principles of lean and high performance; provide education and training for the implementation of lean methods, lean culture, and workforce development; collaborate in solving common problems for improving lean practices; promote continuous improvement and reduction of waste; and promote the health and sustainability of member businesses.

Grow3Degrees (Formerly HiDEC)

Supports: Central Oregon Region – Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson Counties
Vision: Our goal is to make high quality content affordable and accessible to the Central Oregon region by leveraging our member community, trusted local partners, and thought leaders.
Mission: Grow3Degrees is an organization dedicated to providing access to quality training, continuing education, and a creative forum for sharing ideas to assist Central Oregon enterprises in achieving world-class performance.

Mid-Willamette High Performance Consortium (WPC)

Supports: Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties
Mission: To ensure all Mid-Willamette manufacturers are high performing, profitable, and
thriving in the global economy through the following objectives:- Provide a forum for collaboration and learning among members- Provide resources to companies for training and growth- Help members set continuous improvement benchmarks and provide guidance- Share information through a growing network of members. With the goal of increasing the capacity of companies currently involved in high performance activities and increasing the number of companies actively using high
performance strategies.

Oregon Biosciences Association High Performance Consortium (OBA HPC)

Supports: Bioscience Industry Statewide
Mission: To provide information, training, and support for companies pursuing a higher standard of performance through the implementation of lean activities. Our member companies are indeed a unique segment of Oregon’s manufacturing industry, in that they must
balance their lean enterprise efforts with the stringent regulatory oversight of
the FDA. Our consortium provides a platform for information exchange and benchmarking that is specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of the bioscience industry.
